4. Duration and Termination
Subscriptions are taken out with no time commitment. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. In case of non-payment, Le Labo IA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services.
5. Client Obligations

6. Intellectual Property
Creations made by Le Labo IA remain the property of Le Labo IA until full payment. After full payment, the client has a non-exclusive right to use the creations for commercial purposes. Le Labo IA retains the right to use creations in its portfolio and for communication purposes.
7. Liability
Le Labo IA implements all means to provide quality services. However, Le Labo IA cannot be held responsible for: • Service interruptions related to maintenance or external causes • Indirect damages resulting from service use • Commercial results or return on investment Le Labo IA's liability is limited to amounts actually paid by the client.

9. Modification of Terms
